NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on November 21 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Hanover Borough Building, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331 regarding an application filed by Salvador Turcios for Conditional Use approval for a Place of Assembly/Worship pursuant to Sections 140-302 and 140-434 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover. The subject property is owned by Patrick Hagarman and is located at 1001 E. Walnut Street, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel 67-000-01-0088.00000, and is located in the Medium Density (R-3) Residential Zoning District.

All interested citizens are invited to attend.  Citizens requiring special assistance should contact the Borough Secretary at least 48 hours in advance.

Hanover Borough Council meets at 7:00 PM the fourth Wednesday of each month in 2023 with the exception of November with shall be the third Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the Hanover Municipal Building, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA.
